By downloading or using any Sports Bible Trivia app or game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

About Our Apps

Sports Bible Trivia LLC builds a family of trivia apps, including Baseball Bible Trivia, that combine sports-themed gameplay with biblical trivia for entertainment and spiritual enrichment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. By using them, you confirm that you are 13 or older.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Account

Some apps require you to sign in to play. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions

Some content is unlocked with an auto-renewing subscription, such as the Major League Annual Pass in Baseball Bible Trivia, billed once per year.

• Price and billing. The price is shown in the app before purchase ($2.99 per year for the Major League Annual Pass, or your local equivalent) and is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel anytime. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given except as required by law.
• Restore. Use the “Restore” option on the unlock screen if you reinstall an app or switch devices. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Content

Trivia questions are biblical in nature and provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty as to the completeness or correctness of any content. Content is not intended as formal theological instruction.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute our apps
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass the in-app purchase or unlock system
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Bible Trivia LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
