Sports Bible Trivia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds the Sports Bible Trivia family of apps and games, including Baseball Bible Trivia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
To play our apps, you may be asked to sign in. Depending on the method you choose:
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or health data.
We use your sign-in information solely to identify your account across sessions so your scores and preferences are saved. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
The following data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to any server we operate:
Some of our apps include a public leaderboard for their paid content only. In Baseball Bible Trivia, this is the adult Major League. When you finish a ranked game, we send your player name (up to 8 characters), your score, and a non-identifying account identifier to our leaderboard service so your score can be ranked nationally and for the current day. Your player name is shown publicly to other players. By default it is your first name from sign-in, and you can change it to any handle before you play, so please avoid a full name or other personal details. Free content, such as the Minor League warm-up round, is never uploaded and stays on your device. Our leaderboard is hosted for us by Supabase; you can review Supabase’s privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.
Our apps offer in-app purchases to unlock content, such as a one-time unlock. These are not subscriptions and there are no recurring charges. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, and we never see or store your payment information.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status and entitlements. RevenueCat receives your app user ID and transaction status from Apple. You can review RevenueCat’s privacy practices at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Our apps that include a public leaderboard, including Baseball Bible Trivia, are intended for users age 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You can delete your account at any time from the app menu. This removes your locally stored data and also removes your entries from any national and daily leaderboard. Uninstalling an app also removes all local data from your device. If you deleted your account while offline, reconnect and delete again, or contact us, and we will remove your leaderboard entries.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
